Ajith will be next seen in the upcoming Tamil film Valimai, which is one of the most awaited films. Boney Kapoor is producing the movie under his banner Bayview Projects LLP. Yuvan Shankar Raja will compose the music for the movie. Reportedly, the makers of the film are all set to resume the shooting in Hyderabad and huge sets are being constructed.
According to the reports, Ajith will begin the shoot for Valimai in Hyderabad on October 25. It is speculated that RX 100 actor Kartikeya will be seen as the main antagonist and it was reported last month that the actor even joined the sets in Chennai after the lockdown. Now, it is also being said that Kartikeya will even join the Valimai sets along with Ajith in Hyderabad. However, there is no official confirmation about it yet.
Kartikeya Gummakonda previously hinted many times about his antagonist role in Valimai but never an official confirmation came from the makers of the film. In fact, on his birthday, he asked fans to wait patiently as the official announcement will happen soon. Currently, Kartikeya is shooting for his upcoming film Telugu film Alludu Adhurs with Nabha Natesh.

Touted to be a cop drama, Valimai is directed by H. Vinoth, who directed Ajith’s previous film Nerkonda Paarvai, which was the Tamil remake of Bollywood film Pink. Boney Kapoor is producing Valimai.
