The Unlock 4 has brought back the showbiz world to the new normal. Many Tollywood movies have resumed shooting with the minimal crew by following the COVID rules on the sets. Director Sampath Nandi, who is currently helming the sports drama Seetimaar, is planning to resume the shoot very soon. Seetimaar, which stars Gopichand and Tamannaah Bhatia, is likely to resume shooting with new normal.
The crew has begun a recce for locations where the shooting will be carried out. The director took to Twitter to announce along with a few pictures with his team. He wrote, “#Seetimaarrrrr. On location recce with my producer #ChhitturiSrinivasaa garu and DOP @soundar16 for #Seetimaarr. Can’t wait to hit the floors.”(sic)
The director also revealed how the entire team is working hard to plan the shoot for the film amid COVID-19. He took to the micro-blogging site and wrote, “As you know, Seetimaarr is a sports film which requires many actors and other trained professionals in the shoot beside a huge crew. So Gopichand garu, the producers and myself have been working on a feasible shooting schedule with the safety of our cast and crew being our top priority. We will update you very soon.” (sic)
Seetimaar is based on the Kabbadi sport, where Gopichand will be seen where Gopichand will play the role of a coach from Andhra Pradesh, who will have a face-off with Tamannaah’s character Jwala Reddy, the coach of the Telangana all-girls hockey team. Seetimaarr is bankrolled by Srinivasa Chitturi.
