Tamannaah Bhatia tested positive for COVID-19 a few days ago and the actress went under the 14 day isolation period. Tamannaah has now recovered the phase and returned home safely. To maintain her stamina and health stable, Tamannaah is back in the form but is taking baby steps currently as she just recovered.
Tamannaah took to her Instagram handle and shared a fitness video. She said this is her 1st day of workout after being tested for Coronavirus so she is taking baby steps by just performing some warm-up exercises. In the video, Tamannaah did some basic stretching, jogging and simple asanas. Tamannaah also mentioned in the video that there was a time where she did 40 pushups at a go and now she is struggling to do 4 because of the virus. She ended the video on a positive note with all smiles and was excited to munch on to some yummy food. This video by Tamannaah will give all the COVID-tested people a ray of hope with positiveness.
Sharing the video on Instagram, Tamannaah wrote, “#BackToFitness – Day 1 It’s time to take baby steps and get back my stamina. This is an extremely important step after recovering from coronavirus. Keep going but make sure you listen to your body (sic.)”

On the work front, Tamannaah will also next be seen in a new avatar as a Kabaddi coach in the sports drama Seetimaarr, co-starring Gopichand and Digangana Suryavanshi in the lead roles. The actress will also be seen in the Telugu remake of the Bollywood movie, Queen, which is titled as That is Mahalakshmi, directed by Prashanth Varma. Tamannaah will also feature alongside Satya Dev for the Telugu remake of the popular Kannada film, Love Mocktail.
