Late Actress Soundarya Biopic On Cards; Sai Pallavi Has Been Approached?

No history of Telugu cinema will be written without including the name of the late Soundarya, who regaled the audience with her homely looks, strong female characters and natural acting skills.  According to the latest reports, the biopic of Soundarya is on cards.  Reportedly, a popular filmmaker is in talks with the family members for the Soundarya’s biopic.

While the news is not even officially confirmed yet, many names are popping up about who would play the late beauty’s role.  According to the latest buzz, talented actress Sai Pallavi has been approached to reprise Soundarya in the biopic.  It is also said that the makers are very keen on choosing the right actress, who can do justice to play her character.  Although it’s not officially confirmed, the buzz about Soundraya’s biopic is making the Telugu fans happy.

Late Soundarya was one of the most gorgeous and talented actresses of South Indian cinema.  She was one of the most successful and versatile actresses the South Indian film industry ever saw, after Savitri.  Her life in Showbiz started at a very young age in 1992. Some of her works in Telugu like Rajendrudu Gajendrudu, Amma Naa Kodala, Ammoru, Pavithra Bandham, Arunachalam, Choodalani Vundi and Dongata, left a lasting impression on the audience.  The actress passed away on this fateful day, the 17th of April, in 2004, in an aircraft accident.
