It’s been 6 months since Coronavirus hit India and the cases are increasing rapidly with every passing day. From commoners to celebrities, the virus has spread everywhere and has 6.5 million positive cases in the country as of today. Tamannaah Bhatia disclosed that her parents have tested positive for COVID-19 in August. Since then she has quarantined herself even though she tested negative for the virus. But, Tamannaah tested positive for COVID-19 virus yesterday in Hyderabad.
Tamannaah was in Hyderabad for a shooting of a web series she will be starring in, when she felt unwell on the sets. She was immediately rushed to a hospital where she was tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. Tamannaah’s parents Rajani and Santosh Bhatia tested positive in August but have since then recovered. Tamannaah will be isolating herself and following the advice of her doctors to make a full recovery.

The highly infectious virus has claimed the lives of several eminent personalities with the most noted and tragic one being S.P. Balasubramanyam who lost his life due to post COVID complications.
Tamannaah will also next be seen in a new avatar as a Kabaddi coach in the sports drama Seetimaarr, co-starring Gopichand and Digangana Suryavanshi in the lead roles. The actress will also be seen in the Telugu remake of the Bollywood movie, Queen, which is titled as That is Mahalakshmi, directed by Prashanth Varma. Tamannaah will also feature alongside Satya Dev for the Telugu remake of the popular Kannada film, Love Mocktail.
