RRR Team To Resume Shoot With Jr NTR: Reports

As soon as the government granted permission for film shootings, maverick director SS Rajamouli was one of the first directors to resume the shooting works for his movie Roudram Ranam Rudhiram (RRR.) His plan to do a trial shoot for two days with the lead actors Ram Charan and Jr. NTR was forced to cancel due to the spike of COVID-19 cases. However, the latest reports state that the RRR team is planning to resume yet again and film important sequences.

The RRR team has wrapped up 70% of shooting in March by shooting at various locations like Hyderabad, Vadodara and Bulgaria with lead actors. Now, according to reports, the makers are most likely to resume shoot on October 5 by adhering to all the COVID-19 rules with limited staff, PPE kits, and other safety measures.

If the on-going speculations are anything to go by, Rajamouli would be canning scenes for Junior NTR’s first look teaser and then proceed with the film. Ram Charan’s first look teaser as Ramaraju was released in March and now NTR fans are eagerly waiting for the teaser of the Nandamuri scion.

The magnum opus Roudram Ranam Rudhiram (RRR) is set against the pre-independence era of the 1920s, where Jr. NTR will be playing the role of Komaram Bheem and Ram Charan will be playing the role of Alluri Sitarama Raju. RRR also boasts some impressive names like Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Olivia Morris, Allison Doody and Ray Stevenson, who would be essaying pivotal supporting roles. M.M. Keeravani is composing the music while DVV Entertainments is producing the movie.
