Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy was one of the biggest hits of 2019 and it starred Megastar Chiranjeevi in the titular role of Narasimha Reddy. The movie showcased the life of the Telugu freedom fighter, Narasimha Reddy who united the clans of Rayalaseema to fight the British Empire and inspired a freedom movement after being hanged to death by the British. Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy had brilliant visual effects and Megastar Chiranjeevi looked natural playing the role of the titular character.

Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy was produced by Ram Charan under his production house Konidela Production Company while Surender Reddy directed the movie. The movie had a stellar and ensemble cast comprising Nayanatara, Tamannaah, Vijay Sethupathi, Kichha Sudeep, Amitabh Bachchan and Jagapati Babu. The film was dubbed and simultaneously released in Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil.
Ram Charan is currently working on the magnum opus Roudram Ranam Rudhiram (RRR,) which is being directed by S.S. Rajamouli. Ram Charan will star alongside Jr NTR in RRR, where he will be seen as Alluri Sitarama Raju and Jr. NTR will be playing the role of Komaram Bheem.
