Kartikeya Gummakonda is back working on another promising movie titled Chaavu Gabaru Challaga, co-starring Lavanya Tripathi. Today, on the occasion of his 28th birthday, the official first glimpse of his character from the upcoming comedy entertainer Chaavu Kaburu Challaga was unveiled.
The first glimpse video introduces Kartikeya as Basthi Balaraju. Kartikeya will play the role of a person, who carries dead bodies to the graveyards. The character goes on to say as long as he’s getting paid he doesn’t mind carrying anybody to the graveyard. The video also gives glimpses of his massy avatar, who is mostly seen in lungi and a vest with a massy Telugu language. The video also shows Aamani and Bhadram playing key roles in the film. The first glimpse of Kartikeya from the film looks intriguing and is most certainly filled with comic elements. So far, the video has been receiving good response for Kartikeya’s massy dialogues and avatar, it is expected that this film will turn out to be a super hit for Tollywood.
Chaavu Kaburu Challaga, is directed by debutant Director Koushik Pegallapati, will narrate the story of a cemetery worker Basthi Balaraju. Talented music director Jakes Bejoy is composing music for this flick. Suneel Reddy is cranking the camera for the film. Chaavu Kaburu Challaga is bankrolled by Bunny Vas and Allu Aravind under the banner of GA2 Pictures. The film has completed almost 70% of the shooting and now after 6 months of the lockdown, the team is back on the sets and has resumed the shooting schedule last week.
