Adivi Sesh Starrer Major Has Resumed Shooting With COVID-19 Precautions

Adivi Sesh established himself as an actor who experiments doing unconventional roles and movies which are not mainstream Tollywood.  Ever since the mystery thriller Kshanam and Goodachari have been released, Adivi Sesh has been on a roll with notable hits.  Now, Adivi Sesh is eagerly waiting for the shoot of his upcoming pan Indian film, Major.

Adivi Sesh is playing the role of 26/11 Martyr Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, who lost his life in the Mumbai terrorist attacks.  Sandeep Unnikrishnan is an Ashoka Chakra recipient, India’s highest peacetime military decoration awarded for valour, courageous action or self-sacrifice away from the battlefield.   The film’s shooting has been resumed recently by following all the COVID-19 rules and regulations issued by the government.

Sharing his experience about shooting in the pandemic times, Adivi Sesh said to a leading daily that COVID-19 tests are being conducted on the film’s cast and crew every day.  He further said that he has been getting his swab samples tested every week and the crew has been asked to not go anywhere else after reaching their homes.

Major is directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka. Adivi Sesh and Sashi Kiran Tikka earlier collaborated for Goodachari and now all eyes are on Major.  Sobhita Dhulipala is paired opposite Adivi Sesh in the film.  Major is jointly produced by Mahesh Babu, Sony Pictures India and A+S Movies.  This movie will also mark the debut of Mahesh Babu as a producer with his banner GMB Entertainments.
