Keerthy Suresh has become one of the most popular actresses in the South, ever since Ram Pothineni starrer Nenu Sailaja became a super hit film. The actress paved a niche for herself in the South and went on to become the National Award winning actress for her performance in Mahanati. Before that, Keerthy Suresh has gone through a fair share of struggle as her first Telugu film, which was shot in 2015 couldn’t release.
Keerthy Suresh signed her first Telugu film titled Aina Ishtam Nuvvu in 2015 with actor Naresh’s son Nawin Vijay Krishna as the protagonist and most of the film’s shoot was wrapped up in 2015 itself. However, due to unknown reasons and circumstances, the film got temporarily halted. The film was directed by debutant director Ramprasad Ragutu.
After five long years, the romantic-entertainer is gearing up to see the light of day under the new title Janakitho Nenu. Speaking to the media, producer Chanti Addala said, “The shooting of the project has almost been wrapped up. Only 4-5 days of patchwork is left and that has to be filmed on Keerthy Suresh. Soon, we’ll shoot those parts and get the first copy ready by October. Once the theaters get opened, we will release the film (sic.)”
Meanwhile, Keerthy Suresh will be next seen in the Telugu movies Rang De, Miss India and Good Luck Sakhi. The Mahanati actress will also star alongside Rajinikanth in Tamil film Annaatthe.
