Here is some good news for all the KGF fans. The shooting schedule of KGF: Chapter 2 has officially begun after a long Coronavirus lockdown break. The magnum opus promises to take the entire experience a notch higher by introducing few stellar additions to its star cast. The latest to join the cast of KGF 2 is talented actor Prakash Raj.
Prakash Raj took to his Twitter page and shared pictures from the sets of KGF: Chapter 2. He captioned the post as, “Start. Camera Action. Back to work (sic.)” The actor is dressed in a grey suit in the pictures, and the shooting is reportedly going on in Bengaluru.

KGF: Chapter 2 is a highly anticipated follow-up to the first film which was a blockbuster. The film is directed by Prashanth Neel starring Yash as Rocky Bhai and Sanjay Dutt as the antagonist Adheera.

KGF: Chapter 1 told the story of a young boy, who grows into a dreaded gangster in the Mumbai underworld. A part of the film is set in the Kolar Gold Fields, and is rumoured to be inspired by the life of a history sheeter called Thangam. KGF: Chapter 2 also features Shrindhi Shetty and Raveena Tandon in pivotal roles. Reportedly, the film was scheduled to start shooting with Sanjay Dutt but due to his cancer illness and three month break, the shooting schedule has been shifted.
