The news of Sanjay Dutt being diagnosed with the third stage of lung cancer, has left many of his fans and friends in deep pain and sorrow.
One such friend and actor, who is deeply affected by Sanjay Dutt’s illness is Chiranjeevi. Sharing the iconic picture of Chiranjeevi and Sanjay sharing a ‘jaado ki jhappi’ on his social media, he wrote, “Dearest @duttsanjay bhai, pained to know you are confronted with this health situation. But you are a fighter & have vanquished many crises over the years. Have no doubts you will come out of this with flying colors too. All our love and prayers for your speedy recovery (sic.)”

Few hours after the illness news was out, Sanjay Dutt released a note on social media, which reads, “Hi friends, I am taking a short break from work for some medical treatment. My family and friends are with me and I urge my well wishers not to worry or unnecessarily speculate. With your love and good wishes, I will be back soon!” (sic)

A spokesperson of Sanjay Dutt said he will resume shooting for his upcoming films only after 3 months. Sanjay Dutt has a slew of films including the most anticipated South film KGF: Chapter 2 and Hindi films like Bhuj, Prithviraj, Shamshera and Sadak 2.
