Last month, on July 30th, ace director of Tollywood, S.S. Rajamouli and his family have been tested positive for COVID-19 with mild symptoms. Now, after a 14 day quarantine period, the director is all fine and fit. He is very excited about donating blood plasma, which is an important aspect to fight the virus.
Sharing this happy news on Twitter, Rajamouli wrote, “Completed 2 weeks of quarantine! No symptoms. Tested just for the sake of it… It is negative for all of us… Doctor said we need to wait 3 weeks from now to see if we’ve developed enough antibodies for plasma donation! (sic.)”

Last month, while announcing about testing positive, Rajamouli also shared his excitement for donating plasma and wrote, “All of us are feeling better with no symptoms but are following all precautions and instructions… Just waiting to develop antibodies so that we can donate our plasma (sic.)”

On the work front, S.S. Rajamouli is currently working on his film Roudram Ranam Rudhiram (RRR.) Ram Charan and Jr. NTR will be playing the roles of Indian freedom fighters Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitarama Raju. The film also features Bollywood and Hollywood actors like Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Olivia Morris, Ray Stevenson and Alison Doody in supporting roles. RRR is bankrolled by D.V.V. Entertainment.
