Lavanya Tripathi Reminisces Fond Memories Of Andala Raksashi On Completion Of 8 Years

The epic romantic drama, Andala Rakshasi, which depicts love in the most beautiful way completed 8 years today.  Hanu Raghavapudi’s beautiful directorial debut, Andala Raksashi, released eight years ago today, on August 10, 2012.

The film marked the debut of Lavanya Tripathi, Rahul Ravindran and Naveen Chandra received a good response when it was released.  A few scenes and dialogues from this romantic drama will remain classic forever for the Telugu audience.  Reminiscing the fond memories of Andala Raksashi, Lavanya shared a couple of pictures, sharing the first picture, she asked fans to guess the scene?  Most of them guessed it right and commented the dialogue below, which says, “Naku twaraga Pelli cheseyandi nanna e chaduvulu ivanni na valna kavatledu (sic.)”  This dialogue has the same craze as it had 8 years back, Telugu audience still can’t get over this classic dialogue.

Sharing an unseen still from the movie, Lavanya Tripathi penned a long heartfelt note saying, “This pic was never released, someone sent me while they were working on poster designs. The first movie is so important for any actor as its not just about their career, but it also gives them an insight of how the industry going to be like, and my team definitely spoiled me with the best they could provide.  So a big thanks to them all!Our team was full of super talented actors and technicians.  And so happy to see them all flourishing in the industry 💓@[email protected]@hanurpudi @[email protected] #rama#muralisir#varahichalanachitram (sic.)”

The love triangle story featured music by Radhan and saw cinematic influences of Mani Ratnam in both the way it was short and its story.  The film charts the journey of a rich guy Gautham, played by Rahul Ravindran, who falls for Midhuna, played by Lavanya Tripathi, as soon as he sees her.  She however is in love with an artist called Surya, played by Naveen Chandra, who is presumed to be dead.
