The Green India Challenge initiative was begun by the Member of Parliament (MP) Mr. Santosh Kumar Joginpally. People taking up the challenge are required to plant a sapling and nurture it till it grows into a plant or a tree. Mr. Santosh Kumar Joginpally, urged Tollywood celebrities to take up the activity and this year’s challenge was begun by Prabhas. Since then multiple celebrities have planted saplings and the celebrities include Brahmanandam, Sharwanand, Samantha and Nagarjuna Akkineni, Rashmika Mandanna and more.
On the work front, Mahesh Babu is gearing up for another blockbuster film with director Parasuram, titled Sarkaru Vaari Paata. Reportedly, Keerthy Suresh has been roped in to play the leading lady in the film. After this, the actor will also be seen in a Rajamouli directorial, making it the first time both Mahesh Babu and Rajamouli are collaborating.
