Naga Chaitanya Creates Awareness About Donating Plasma

Ever since the Novel Coronavirus pandemic hit India, celebrities are doing their bit by creating awareness among the fans through social media platforms.  From mentioning the importance of masks to urging people to donate plasma, Tollywood celebs like Vijay Deverakonda, Chiranjeevi and Naga Chaitanya have become ambassadors of awareness.

Yesterday evening, Naga Chaitanya took part in a Facebook live seminar about ‘Novel Coronavirus’ conducted by  Sekhar Kammula, the director of the upcoming film Love Story.  Naga Chaitanya urged the public to follow the government issued guidelines as the virus has become airborne.

Speaking at the live chat, Naga Chaitanya said, “A lot has been said about the virus until now and it created confusion and panic among people.  This virus is not one person’s crisis and we must all unite and fight against it.  If you have the symptoms for the virus and don’t take treatment, it will make the situation critical.  Also, I urge everyone to donate blood plasma and save many lives (sic.)”

On Friday, Vijay Deverakonda also urged citizens to donate their plasma and save lives at an event organized by Cyberabad Police to felicitate ‘Plasma Yodhas.’
