Nithiin and his long time girlfriend Shalini Kandukuri are officially engaged now. In February, Nithiin introduced his then girlfriend and now fiance Shalini to the world and announced he will be entering into wedlock soon.
Just now, Nithiin took to his Twitter handle and shared an adorable picture from today’s engagement ceremony. The couple look all happy and smiles and Shalini couldn’t stop blushing as her man puts on the ring. Nithiin opted for a traditional kurta pyjama and Shalini wore a bright red saree for the engagement ceremony.

In February, the couple’s families came together for a Pasupu function to kickstart the wedding festivities. The wedding was slated to happen in April on a big scale in Dubai, but due to the pandemic, the destination wedding was cancelled. Now, the couple is all set to marry on July 26th, with the muhurtham set for 8:30 P.M. The wedding will take place at a farmhouse in Hyderabad by following all the guidelines issued by the government. The wedding will be a close knit affair with only a few family and friends.
The wedding preparations have already begun and from tomorrow mehendi and sangeet will take place. A very few VIPs are likely to attend the wedding, Nithiin invited Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao and Powerstar Pawan Kalyan.
