Later in April, amid the COVID-19 lockdown, Nikhil Siddharth tied the knot with his girlfriend Dr. Pallavi Varma. On the work front, Nikhil Siddharth will be next seen in Karthikeya 2 which will be produced by T.G. Vishwa Prasad and Abhishek Agarwal under their banners of People Media Factory and Abhishek Agarwal Arts, respectively. The music will be scored by Kaala Bhairava and cinematography will be handled by Karthik Ghattamaneni. The actor will also be seen in a Palnati Surya Pratap directorial film, 18 Pages.
