Allu Arjun’s Duvvada Jagannadham To Be Remade In Hindi With Sidharth Malhotra

The Bollywood industry is looking for another remake from Telugu movies and this time it is Allu Arjun’s Duvvada Jagannadham.  The film also called DJ was released in 2017, which became a huge hit at the box office. 

According to the latest reports, Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra might get the opportunity to step into the shoes of Allu Arjun.  Sidharth Malhotra liked the film DJ as it has factors of both comedy and action. When the film is readied to be remade in Hindi, it will star Sidharth Malhotra in the lead role.

However, it is also being said, Dil Raju, the producer of Duvvada Jagannadham will be producing the Hindi remake too.  According to the Bollywood reports, Dil Raju doesn’t want to sell the rights of their film to anyone.  Instead, Dil Raju’s production, Sri Venkateshwara Production house wants to produce the film themselves like Shahid Kapoor’s Jersey remake.

Davvadu Jagannadham tells the story of an undercover officer who is tasked to bring down real estate crimes.  The film was directed by Harish Shankar and featured Pooja Hegde opposite Allu Arjun.

On the work front, Allu Arjun will be next seen in a film titled Pushpa directed by Sukumar. Actress Rashmika Mandanna will be paired opposite him in this film. The film is bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers while Devi Sri Prasad will be composing the music. Jagapathi Babu, Anasuya Bharadwaj, and Vennela Kishore will be seen in supporting roles.
