Tamannaah Bhatia has been on a successful journey in the entertainment industry for more than a decade. In a recent interview with a leading daily, Tamannaah Bhatia voiced her opinion on the viral debate of nepotism in the film industry.
The actress called herself an outsider and stated when she first started her career in the filmy world, she had no idea how the South industry works.
Speaking to the leading daily, Tamannaah Bhatia said, “Coming from Mumbai, when I started doing Tamil and Telugu films, I neither knew the languages, nor did I know anyone in the industry. So I had no connection whatsoever. I worked hard and kept getting opportunities may be because people saw potential in me. Whatever success or failure I got on my way was because of my efforts and destiny. Nepotism and favoritism exist in all fields and not just entertainment. Such things cannot determine your success or failure”
The actress did agree to the point, star kids get opportunities easily compared to outsiders in the industry. Meanwhile, Tamannaah hopes the Coronavirus situation to get back to normal in a couple of months as she is waiting to get back to work.
On the work front, Tamannaah Bhatia, who was seen in Chiranjeevi’s last film Sye Raa, has a couple of projects in the pipeline. Tamannaah has Seetimaarr opposite Gopichand, a sports drama that is being directed by Sampath Nandi. Tamannaah will also be seen in a Telugu remake of the Bollywood movie, Queen which is titled as That is Mahalakshmi, directed by Prashanth Varma.
