Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar are called as the best couple of the South film industry. The couple fell in love on the sets of their first film, Vamsi in 2000. After five years of courtship, the couple tied the knot back in 2005 and are blessed with two kids, Sitara and Gautham. Namrata hails from the City of Dreams, Mumbai, and is a pure North Indian woman. Namrata’s mother tongue is Marathi and Hindi. Well, after the couple got married, it is well known that Namrata learned Telugu but the fans were wondering if Mahesh Babu knows his wife’s mother tongue, Marathi too.
A curious fan asked Namrata in a Q/A session on Instagram, “Can Mahesh Babu speak in Marathi?” Namrata’s witty reply to this question is top notch as she said, “I really wish😂😂(sic.)”
However, Namrata revealed that both her kids, Gautham and Sitara know the Marathi language along with Telugu and English.

Namrata Shirodkar began her career by winning the Miss India title in1993. She then entered the Bollywood industry in 1998 and then to the Tollywood industry in 2000 and found her first film and the love of her life with Mahesh Babu. After getting married in 2005, Namrata ended the showbiz world and has been completely taking care of her husband and children.
