It is a very well known fact Samantha and Naga Chaitanya Akkineni are both vocal about their love for yoga. Samantha keeps posting about her yoga sessions whenever she can and she usually does her yoga sessions with her husband Naga Chaitanya. In an Instagram post, Samantha posted a picture of her trying to perfect the Bakasana or a forearm stand and reacted to how Naga Chaitanya is missing from the picture.
In a recent story Samantha posted a picture of Naga Chaitanya, their pet Hash and herself performing yoga poses and captioned it as a family portrait. Samantha is performing a Bakasana while Naga Chaitanya perfectly nails a headstand and their pet Hash does a perfect sploot (a stretch which dogs usually do.) Samantha and Naga chaitanya recently started a kripa yoga challenge for 48 days to maintain better health and well being.

A lot of celebrities are looking towards yoga to improve their mental and physical well being as yoga has a proven track record of strengthening both the body and mind. Rakul Preet Singh, a South Indian actress is famous for her love of exercising and yoga, so much so that Samantha told Rakull Preet she inspired her to pick up the kripa Yoga.
On the professional front, Samantha will be next seen sharing the screen space with Nayanthara in Director Vignesh Shivan’s Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal. She is reportedly in talks for the Telugu remake of the Kannada film, Dia and a biopic about the Kannada music artist Nagarathnamma. Samantha will also play the titular role in Ashwin Saravanan’s horror thriller and will also make her debut as the antagonist in the web series The Family Man, season two.
