Rakul Preet Singh flew back to her hometown of Gurgaon after spending three months of the lockdown period in Mumbai with her brother. In a recent interaction with a leading entertainment daily, the actor spoke about what it is like to return home and relax with parents after so long.
Speaking to the leading daily, the actress said, “I’m being pampered like a child and the most favorite part about being home is not having to set an alarm to wake up in the morning(sic.)
Rakul Preet Singh also spoke about her daily routine at home with her parents and said, “I start my day by working out with my parents. Then, we plan meals for the day and watch TV together(sic.)” Adding that revisiting old albums with family is a treat, too. “It is like reliving my childhood. Mom makes my favourite food even if I am home for a day. The other day, she baked a cake for me(sic.)”
Rakul Preet Singh also spoke about how she is not taking herself lightly just because she is at home. “I have been keeping myself busy with reading or online courses that stimulate my mind(sic.)”

On the work front, Rakul Preet Singh has been paired up opposite Sivakarthikeyan in the Tamil science fiction drama, Ayalaan. The actress will also be seen in a Telugu untitled film opposite Nithiin and another Tamil film titled, Indian 2, with Kamal Haasan.
