Shilpa Reddy is a prominent name in the Indian fashion industry. Other than being a fashion designer and model, she is a fitness enthusiast and blogger for health and fitness. On Monday, Shilpa took to Instagram and shared a video in which she talked about testing positive for COVID-19 and how she figured out how to battle it.
Expressing that a family companion has as of late visited them and left their home l, she said that five days later they got to know the family member was tested COVID-19 positive. In the wake of experiencing tests, both Shilpa Reddy and her husband tested positive for Coronavirus. As they were asymptomatic, they didn’t show any symptoms of the virus. By confining themselves to isolate and following a healthy diet and fitness plan, they have eventually overcome the pandemic.
Revealing that COVID-19 can strike anybody, Shilpa said that “If you keep your system strong and your immunity high, you can breeze through this effortlessly.” Urging everyone to be well prepared amid these hard times, she advised investing time in physical activity, breathing exercises and meditation. The expert also listed out a detailed diet and fitness plan of how to increase your immunity.
