Actor and politian Rajinikanth is one of the well known personalities of the Nation. On Thursday, the actor received a bomb threat call at his house which caused a lot of ruckus and left all his fans concerned for his safety.
An unknown person’s call landed at 108 ambulance control center at 10:30 A.M. The man claimed bombs were planted at Rajinikanth’s residence in Poes Garden and disconnected the call. Soon after the threat was received, a team of police officials and Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad rushed to Rajinikanth’s house in Chennai. Later, the call turned out to be a hoax.
The police team thoroughly checked the security guard’s cabin and outside area of the house. The officials later declared it to be a hoax call and are searching for the prankster who made this call.
On the work front, Rajinikanth will be next seen on the big screen with Tamil film Annatthe, directed by Siruthai Siva’s. Annatthe is produced by Kalanithi Maran under the banner of Sun Pictures. The film has an ensemble cast comprising of Rajinikanth, Meena, Kushboo, Nayanthara and Keerthy Suresh. Once the COVID 19 situation gets better and all the actors agree to resume shooting. The team is planning to travel to different parts of India, including Pune and Kolkata to complete the shooting schedule. Annaatthe is Rajinikanth’s 168th movie and will release on Pongal 2021.
