Director Puri Jagannadh is one of the most dynamic directors in the South film industry and has marked 20 years of filmmaking in the industry. Every actor at least once wants to work with Puri Jagannadh in their career because of his unique storyline and powerful dialogues. The director is currently working for his upcoming film, Fighter but during the lockdown period, Puri Jagannadh penned a new script.
According to the latest reports, Puri Jagannadh has finished working on the script and titled it as Jana Gana Mana and initially, it was said that the director would cast Mahesh Babu for this film. A few days back, Mahesh Babu said he wants to work with Puri Jagannadh again and is waiting for him to narrate him a story.
However, now it is being said, Puri Jagannadh wants to pitch it to some Bollywood young heroes as he wants to make it in Hindi under the production of famous producer cum director Karan Johar. Anyhow, we have to wait and see if there will be any further changes in the plans.

Meanwhile, Puri Jagannadh is busy shooting for his pan Indian film, Fighter. Bollywood diva Ananya Panday is paired opposite Vijay Deverakonda in this movie. Puri Jagannadh’s production house Puri Connects is jointly producing Fighter along with Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. Rumors also state for his next, Puri Jagannadh may yet again collaborate with Balakrishna for a mass entertainer.
