Shruti Haasan is one such actress who is bold enough to voice her opinion despite having the celebrity image to carry on. The actress was open about her relationship with her Italian boyfriend and the subsequent breakup. Earlier, she also revealed in an interview because of her drinking habit, her health almost deteriorated. Yet again, the actress made a sensational statement about her mental health and the therapy session she has been attending.
Shruti revealed she has been getting therapy for mental health for the past three years. In an interview with Hindustan Times, she opened up. “I am in therapy for three years now. I seriously recommend therapy for people who need it. I have tools and meditation that help me (sic.)”
She further shared the toughest thing about the lockdown is maintaining good mental health and not being depressed. To cope during this period, the actress is shooting for magazine covers and writing songs.

On the work front, Shruthi Haasan will be seen in an upcoming movie called Krack where she will star alongside Ravi Teja and is being directed by Gopichand Malineni. Krack is produced by B. Madhu under his production company Saraswathi Films Division, while S.S Thaman is the music composer. Ali, Chiraj Jani, Devi Prasad and Vamsi Chaganti will appear in supporting roles for the film. Post lockdown, the team of Krack shall continue shooting for another ten days to hit the big screen.
