Today, on June 5, World Environment Day is celebrated and the UN’s primary focus is to spread awareness about protecting nature and saving the planet. While many South Indian celebrities took to social media to raise awareness about the environment, Superstar Mahesh Babu, who is quite vocal about things like nature and environment, shared his views on the importance of respecting nature.
Mahesh Babu took to his social media and shared a post about nature. He mentioned the quote by the Dalai Lama which reads, “It is our collective and individual responsibility to preserve and tend to the environment in which we all live. – Dalai Lama (sic.)” Highlighting the importance of creating a healthy ecosystem, he added, “Nature and us, we’re interlinked. By protecting nature we’re protecting ourselves. These challenging times have exposed the vulnerability of human life, for us to survive well, it’s important to create a healthy & balanced ecosystem (sic.)”

The superstar further mentioned in the post, “While we all stay home safe, let our voices be heard. Let our actions and words be the change. The future of humanity depends on us!
