We are living in a time when movie stars are not shying away from wanting to act in different movie industries. We have seen Bollywood stars play as antagonists in South Indian movies and various South Indian stars play supporting roles in a movie industry different from their own. But now we might witness the greatest crossover in the movie industry.
Megastar Chirajeevi will be seen in an upcoming film which is a remake of the Malayali superhit movie Lucifer which starred Mohanlal. The Rights for the remake were purchased by Ram Charan and his production company Konidela Production Company would be bankrolling the film. However there is a very interesting buzz about the remake which is doing the rounds. It is being speculated that the Bhai of Bollywood, Salman Khan would appear in the remake. It is believed that Salman Khan would play the role played by Prithviraj in the original movie Lucifer.

Salman Khan is a close friend of Chiranjeevi so there is a possibility of him appearing in the Lucifer remake. If this happens, it will definitely become one of the biggest collaborations in Indian cinema. Something of this magnitude was last seen in the sequel of Robo which had Akshay Kumar as the antagonist.
It is believed that either Saaho director Sujeeth or Sukumar would be helming the remake. There is no official statement yet on these details and we will have to wait for an official statement to see if the news about Salman Khan appearing in the remake is true.
