Allu Arjun’s next film is titled Pushpa and is the 20th film in the Stylish Star’s career. After the huge success of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, which released in the Sankranthi season, Allu Arjun announced his next film. The title and the first look for the movie was revealed just a few days ago much to the happiness of fans of Allu Arjun.
The title and first look were released on the occasion of the 37th birthday of the Stylish Star and it quickly became viral on social media and began trending on Twitter. The first look shows Allu Arjun in an unkempt look sporting overgrown hair and a beard. According to the latest buzz in the industry, it is believed that Bollywood’s Suniel Shetty may play the role of the antagonist in this Allu Arjun starrer.

Suniel Shetty is not new to acting in the Southern film industry as he was last seen in the Rajinikanth starrer Darbar. More and more Bollywood stars are now willing to appear in South Indian films which speaks volumes about the standards of the South Indian film industry. Sanjay Dutt will be seen as the protagonist in the upcoming and highly anticipated film KGF-Chapter 2. However, no official confirmation is given regarding the news about Suniel Shetty playing the role of the antagonist in Pushpa.
Pushpa is being directed by Sukumar and will have Allu Arjun, Vijay Sethupathi, Rashmika Mandanna and Prakash Raj in the lead roles. Jagapathi Babu, Anasuya Bharadwaj and Vennela Kishore will be seen in supporting roles. Devi Sri Prasad would be composing the music while Mythri Film Makers will be bankrolling the movie. The film will be simultaneously released in Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil languages.
