Andhadhun Telugu remake: Ramya Krishna roped in for this Nithiin-starrer?

Actor Nithiin who recently bagged success with Bheeshma, is now working on his next Rang De with director Venky Atluri. After Rang De, the actor will move to his next project which will be a remake of Bollywood blockbuster film Andhadhun, directed by Merlapaka Gandhi.

According to the reports, veteran actress Ramya Krishna has roped in to play a crucial role in the Telugu remake. Though Anasuya was the first preference, the makers seem to have finalised Ramya Krishna to reprise the role of Tabu in the film. The makers are in search of other actors in the film and are working on pre production.

Bollywood film Andhadhun was acclaimed among the audience and critics alike. It was considered the best film of the year and has won a National Award. So, It will be interesting to see the Telugu version of the film and if it will make a good mark among the moviegoers. This Telugu remake will be presented by Tagore Madhu and will be bankrolled under actor Nithiin’s home banner Sreshth movies. The shooting will be shot extensively in Pondicherry.

On the other side, Ramya Krishna is also a part of Vijay Deverakonda’s film Fighter which is helmed by Puri Jagannadh. The Baahubali actress will also be seeen playing a substantial role in Rangamarthanda which is directed by Krishna Vamshi.
