Well, now Tollywood has come together to contribute relief funds to battle the Coronavirus pandemic. The Tollywood stars are contributing to the government to provide basic commodities to the needy in this national wide lockdown.
Yesterday, Superstar Mahesh Babu announced a donation of 1 crore to do a bit for the nation in this deadly global Coronavirus. He has contributed 1 crore to the Chief Minister relief funds of both Telugu states, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to help them in fighting this crisis and has also requested everyone to come forward and donate towards the cause as every contribution makes a huge difference. The actor also supported the lockdown and stated everyone to stay home and stay safe.
Minister of Telangana, K.T. Rama Rao took to Twitter to applaud Mahesh Babu’s thankful gesture to help out the government and people of the country in this fatal crisis. He tweeted, “Great job Mahesh” after Mahesh announced that he would be doing his bit towards this cause.

Along with Mahesh, many celebrities from Tollywood contributed like veteran Actor Chiranjeevi, Prabhas, Ram charan, Nithiin, Pawan Kalyan and director Anil Ravipudu, and Dil Raju to the relief funds to help out in this alarming crisis.
