Tamil Superstar Vijay is a well known name in the South for his style and substance in many of his movies like Thuppaki which were dubbed in Telugu. Vijay has carefully made his way to the top of the Tamil movie industry as one of the most bankable actors. Vijay is also the second highest paid actor in the Tamil movie industry behind Rajinikanth.
Thalapathy Vijay’s house was recently raided by income tax officials recently. Before the raid on Vijay’s property, one of the co producers of Vijay’s upcoming movie Master, Lalit Kumar’s house was raided by the IT officials. The raid was conducted based on the pre release business of Master which was supposedly more than 200 Crore rupees. Following the raid on Lalit Kumar’s house, IT officials have raided Thalapathy Vijay’s house reportedly.

There was no press releases by the IT department which conducted the raid and there was nothing seized as well from Lalit Kumar’s residence. This is the second time Thalapathy Vijay’s house was raided in two months. Vijay was investigated by IT officials from a shoot location for Master and was taken to Chennai to Vijay’s residence. Vijay was able to produce all the relevant documents to the officials and were found to be in order.
Thalapathy Vijay will next be seen in Master, being directed by Lokesh Kanakaraj. Vijay Sethupathi will be playing the antagonist while Malavika Mohanan will play the female lead. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music for Master while Xavier Britto is producing the movie.
