Tamannaah Bhatia, who established herself as a pan Indian actress, delivered multiple hits in Tamil and Telugu over the course of her career. Tamannaah was last seen in the blockbuster Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, which starred Megastar Chiranjeevi in the lead. Tamannaah is not new to acting in period drama films as she earlier starred in S.S Rajamouli’s Bahubali series as well.
Tamannaah will next be seen in a new avatar as a kabaddi coach in the sports drama Seetimaarr. The movie, which is directed by Sampath Nandi, will star Gopichand and Tamannaah in the lead roles. Seetimaarr is produced by Srinivasaa Chhitturi and Mani Sharma composed the music for the movie.

Earlier, Gopichand released the first look poster of Seetimaarr, which depicted Gopichand tugging at a whistle on his neck. The second poster was released today and shows Tamannaah’s first look. Tamannaah can be seen as a kabaddi coach sporting a pair of headphones and attired in sportswear.

Seetimaarr will also star Bhumika Chawla and Digangana Suryavanshi in supporting roles, while Tarun Arora will play the antagonist. Rao Ramesh, Posani Murali, Pragati and Annapurnamma will also be seen in various supporting roles. An official release date is yet to be announced, but it is expected Seetimaarr will be released during the Summer of 2020.
