Tamil Superstar Dhanush likes to keep himself extremely busy by taking on multiple projects. Dhanush is known as an actor par excellence, who can portray any character to the dot.  Dhanush was last seen in the films Asuran and Enai Noki Paayum Thota.  Asuran was a commercial success and Dhanush earned critical acclaim for his performance in the Vetri Maaran directorial.

Dhanush will be next seen in a Bollywood movie titled Atrangi Re, alongside new generation actress Sara Ali Khan.  The movie is directed by Aanand L. Rai, who is known for his works Raanjhanaa and Tanu Weds Manu.

Dhanush is not new to Bollywood as he starred in the movies Raanjhanaa, for which he won the Best Acting Debut (Male) award at the Filmfare Awards and Shamitabh, in which he starred alongside Amitabh Bachchan.

Akshay Kumar was also roped in for Atrangi Re for a special role and the first look of this movie, released on social media platforms, shows Dhanush, Sara Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar.  Bollywood analyst Taran Adarsh shared the news along with the first look posters. The filming for Atrangi Re will start on March 1st, 2020.

The plot of Atrangi Re is not yet known.  We are sure Dhanush, who wowed the Bollywood audience with his performances in Raanjhanaa and Shamitabh, is keen to repeat the same with Atrangi Re.
