Kartikeya Gummakonda had a great year, with a variety of roles in films like Guna 369 and Nani’s Gang Leader. Now, at the end of the year, he is ready with 90ML, which tells the story of ‘an authorised drinker,’ which is the movie’s tagline.

Story:
Devadas (Kartikeya Gummakonda) is born with a serious health complication. As a result of this, doctors advise him to consume 90 ml of alcohol thrice a day to survive. A twist in the tale occurs when Devadas falls in love with Suvasana (Neha Solanki,) who hates alcohol and alcoholics. Suddenly, Jon Wik (Ravi Kishan,) a local don, enters the story and creates problems for Devadas.
What are these problems and who is Jon Wik? How does Devadas win his ladylove and does he overcome his alcoholism? This forms the rest of the story.
Review:
90ML is a unique film as it has a story which is new to Tollywood. The way alcohol is treated as medicine and not as an addiction is a clever move which interests the audience instantly.
Kartikeya Gummakonda , the movie’s hero, is getting better with every film in terms of his choice of scripts and his approach to acting. His dancing skills are very impressive and it can be said he is slowly emerging as a good dancer in Tollywood.
Pragati, who plays Devadas’ mother, is impressive. The scenes where she gives alcohol to her son for survival are quite impressive. Neha Solanki as Suvasana does her bit quite effortlessly.
The songs by Anup Rubens, especially the title song, are really interesting and are already loved by the audience.
Rao Ramesh gets an interesting role in the movie and shines with his versatility.
Sekhar Reddy Yerra did a good job with this mass comedy entertainer.
Go for 90ML this weekend, especially for Kartikeya Gummakonda and his brilliant acting.
