Samantha Akkineni’s Absence At ANR National Awards Raises Eyebrows

Samantha Akkineni, the well known actress and daughter in law of the Akkineni family, had a phenomenal 2019 with movies like Majili and Oh! Baby.

Samantha also completed shooting her portions for the remake of the Tamil hit 96.  Recently, the ANR National Awards took place and the entire Akkineni family participated in the event.  Legendary actresses the late Sridevi and Rekha were given the ANR National Award for the years 2018 and 2019 respectively.

However, Samantha was not present at the function, which was graced by the legendary Rekha.

This gave rise to a lot of speculations and some opined Samantha’s absence was disrespectful to the legendary actresses.

Well, time will clear the doubts!
