Rana Daggubati recently tied up with popular children’s book series Amar Chitra Katha to open a Creative Learning Centre at his Ramanaidu Studios. The film community is rejuvenating the forgotten mythological tales of India with the help of technology, to make the younger generation take note of our heritage.
Now, producer Allu Aravind is teaming up with producers Madhu Mantena and Namit Malhotra to produce Ramayana on the big screen. The team is interesting as Nitesh Tiwari of Dangal fame and Ravi Udyawar of Mom fame will jointly direct the movie.
The Indian epic is going to be made in 3D as a three part series and will simultaneously be made in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
Looks like our film industry is now revisiting the Indian epics in a big way!
