The trailer of First Rank Raju, an official remake of the Kannada film of the same name, is out. The Chetan Maadineni starrer depicts the life of a student who immerses himself in books and has no practical knowledge about the world. Naresh Kumar penned the script for First Rank Raju and is also the director.
The trailer is hilarious in showing the hero’s innocence and belief in books being the end of life. He slowly knows the reality of life, as the trailer shows. First Rank Raju is bankrolled by Dolphin Entertainment.
The movie has an interesting star cast, including Prakash Raj, Priyadarshi, Brahmanandam and Rao Ramesh. The movie is slated to release on June 21st, 2019.
