Superstar Mahesh Babu is on a roll with his Maharshi becoming a blockbuster. This movie proved, issues of social relevance were presented very well, without becoming verbose.
Superstar Krishna, the father of Mahesh Babu, officially launched the movie today, amidst much fanfare and cheering from zillions of Mahesh Babu fans. The event was title launch of the movie, the movie is titled Sarileru Neekevvaru.
Mahesh Babu planned his next project with Anil Ravipudi as a director. The movie is set in Rayalaseema and has Mahesh Babu playing a hemophobic police officer, who is afraid when he sees blood, but has the task cut out for him to weed out criminal elements in the region.
News is, Mahesh Babu is not charging a pie for this movie, titled Sarileru Neekevvaru. Instead, he turned into a co producer with Rama Brahmam Sunkara, Dil Raju, which is indeed a surprise for his fans. Mahesh Babu will share the profits with the other two producers, without directly investing in the movie. GMB Entertainment, Sri Venkateswara Creations and AK Entertainment.
Sarileru Neekevvaru, boasts the return of Tollywood Lady Superstar Vijayashanthi in the role of Mahesh Babu’s mother in law. Rashmika Mandanna, the Geetha Govindam actress, will play the lead opposite Mahesh Babu.
Sarileru Neekevvaru will be a 2020 Sankranthi release in January next.
