Maharshi, the 25th movie of Super Star Mahesh Babu is gearing up for a May 9, 2019 release.The Vamshi Paidipally directorial surely is one of the most eagerly awaited releases of Mahesh Babu as it includes a lot of stars like Pooja Hegde, Allari Naresh, who form the principal cast, supported by a slew of veteren actors like Rajendra Prasad, Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj and Naresh. Maharshi boasts of a soulful score by Devi Sri Prasad.
A grand pre release event was organised at Peoples Plaza, Necklace Road on the May 1, 2019 which was both fun and emotional to lot of people involved in the project.
Despite Sporadic rains, fans gathered up at the venue to have a sight of their favourite Super Star.Veteren Star Venkatesh and Vijay Deverakonda, the current heartthrob of Telugu Cinema.Several stars like Sudheer Babu,Pooja Hegde, Posani Murali Krishna spoke at the event wishing the team Maharshi well and hoping the movie becomes a blockbuster.
Venkatesh and Vijay Deverakonda spoke about the eternal ‘Youth’ of Mahesh Babu and how it was to be sitting next to one’s idol respectively. Vamshi Paidipally spoke at length about how the teamwork fructified to make this movie happen at the right time and schedule and thanked Mahesh Babu to having faith in him.
The highlight of the evening was, Mahesh Babu Speech.He reciprocated Vamshi Paidipally’s speech by thanking him to hia patience and perseverence in waiting for him for two years for him to make this movie and added that he considered Vamshi as a younger brother, with whom he was delighted to work with.
Mahesh Babu also thanked his co stars Pooja Hegde and Allari Naresh for sharing the screen space with him and said it was a delight to work with such an energetic team.
Maharshi is a romantic drama produced by Dil Raju,, C.Ashwini Dutt and Prasad V. Potluri, under the banners of Sri Venkateswara Creations, Vyjayanthi movies and PVP Cinema respectively.
