Gautam Raju’s Son To Work In Mainstream Cinema

Gautam Raju, the character actor and comedian who worked closely with many actors and superstars in the Telugu film industry, is now trying to set the stage for his son’s entry into the industry. This is a common practice among well known comedians such as Brahmanandam and M.S. Narayana, who have tried to introduce their sons into the Telugu film industry.

Now, Gautam Raju is following their footsteps by introducing his son, Kriishna, into the movie biz with the movie Krishna Rao Supermarket. Kriishna made his celluloid debut quite some years back and starred in some low budget films. However, Krishna Rao Supermarket is different as Gautam Raju himself is producing it, under the banner of BGR Films. Elsa Ghosh is featuring as the female lead of this project, while Kriishna is playing the male lead role.

Krishna Rao Supermarket was officially launched more than a year ago and is currently in the process of wrapping up its shoot and post production formalities. Though the release date is not announced yet, the release of this upcoming project is touted to be sometime during the summer. Known to be a fun and breezy entertainer, Krishna Rao Supermarket is gearing up to entertain the audience this season.
