Promising Telugu Summer Specials

The Summer of 2019 will be extremely special and refreshing. With a number of movie releases coming up this summer, I bet the audience will feel far less heat this season. While the summer will be at its peak in April and May, so will be the excitement in the Telugu film industry. Some of the best actors in the industry are all set to release their latest projects this summer. Some of these projects have kept the audience waiting for a very long time and now, the audience’s impatience is growing every moment.

Here’s a list of the best movies which are going to be out this season:

Jersey: A movie featuring ‘Natural Star’ Nani and woven around cricket, India’s favourite sport, Jersey will set the pitch on fire this season with a unique storyline and a brilliant execution. As per the sources, Nani, who is known for his superb timing and his flair for dialogues, has delivered a superb performance by far in Jersey. Jersey is all set for a grand release on the 19th of April, 2019.

Kanchana 3: Kanchana 3, the fourth movie in the Kanchana series, will be out this season and this time, it will be bigger, better and bolder. Kanchana 3 is featuring Raghava Lawrence, while he is also directing and co producing it at the same time. Kanchana 3 is all set for a grand release on the 1st of May, 2019.

Majili: A movie which revolves around cricket, love, relationships and more, Majili will set the mood just right this summer. When the whole Country will be waiting for the IPL (Indian Premier League,) Majili will be a refresher to the tired minds of the audience. Majili is all set for a grand release on the 5th of April, 2019.

Maharshi: Maharshi is another big project which will hit theatres this season. With superstar Mahesh Babu featuring in this mega movie, Maharshi is one hell of a movie which has the audience by the hook. Maharshi is all set for a grand release on the 9th May, 2019.

iSmart Shankar: iSmart Shankar, a project which is grabbing everyone’s attention, owing to its interesting storyline and stunning star cast, is now moving at a brisk pace. Directed by Puri Jagannadh and produced by Charmee, iSmart Shankar is completing schedule after schedule and in all probability, will hit theatres by the end of summer!

Dear Comrade: Dear Comrade is another interesting project to which the audience are looking forward this season. Featuring the young heartthrob, Vijay Deverakonda in the lead role and the gorgeous Rashmika Mandanna in the female lead role, Dear Comrade is packing some serious surprises and fun this season! Bharat Kamma is the director of Dear Comrade, while Mythri Movie Makers is bankrolling it.

Chitralahari: Bar And Restaurant: Chitralahari: Bar and Restaurant, a movie with an interesting title, which is featuring Sai Dharam Tej, Ritika Singh and Kalyani Priyadarshan in the lead roles, is moving at a brisk pace. The director of this upcoming project is Kishore Tirumala, the director of the blockbuster hit Nenu Sailaja. Chitralahari will probably be the most entertaining project of this season and will hit theatres very soon.

NGK: NGK, short for Nanda Gopalan Kumaran, is an interesting project, which will be out very soon. Touted to be a political thriller, the teaser of NGK itself got an amazing response from the audience, which proves beyond doubt, NGK will receive even more appreciation and love from them. To add to the movie’s appeal quotient, Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet have grabbed pivotal roles in this upcoming political thriller.

Game Over: An out and out thriller, Game Over is a movie featuring Taapsee Pannu and Vinodhini in lead roles. The story is woven around a video gamer and her links to the outside world are very limited. Shot completely inside a house with very few characters, Game Over looks very interesting and intriguing. How does someone who is handicapped and stuck in a wheelchair cope with imminent danger? How does she save herself and her loved ones is the essence of Game Over. This project is nearing completion and promises to bring more fun this season.
