It’s raining blockbusters this season! The Telugu film industry is growing by leaps and bounds day by day. The credit for this feat goes to the directors and the actors of the Telugu film industry. The imagination of a director opened new doors for the Telugu cinema, got us global recognition, made us stand out as a diverse mix and brought out some of best and unique talented minds into the industry. Along with this, the work of an actor won the hearts of the audience by bringing the director’s vision to life.
Even with such a vast and diverse mix, certain director and actor combinations stand out even today. These movies created a huge sensation back in the day and still remain in the minds of the audience for the fantastic storyline and amazing execution.
This season, some of the biggest and the most brilliant directors and actors are going to come together again.
Here’s a list of who is going to work with whom again.
Boyapati Sreenu and Balakrishna:
Boyapati Sreenu, the director who is known for his epic directorial skills and extremely emotional scenes, is going to be back with his favourite actor, Balakrishna, this season. The director previously with Balakrishna on Simha, a story of a doctor, which created a sensation among the masses for its fantastic storyline. Then came Legend, a movie which was an even bigger hit and marked a milestone in Balakrishna’s career. Now, Sreenu and Balakrishna are soon going to come together for another sensational project, which is yet to be titled. The details about this project will be announced very soon. Our bets and expectations are high on this project and we are hoping for a “History repeats” moment.
Trivikram and Allu Arjun:
Trivikram, the director who is known for creating magic on the screen, is now all set to work with his lucky star again. Allu Arjun previously worked with Trivikram on the project Julai,which was a sensational hit at the box office. With a power packed storyline and Allu Arjun’s amazing timing, Julai won a Nandi Award in 2012. Then came S/O Satyamurthy,which was a huge blockbuster. With sharp and crisp dialogues, S/O Satyamurthy is worth watching even today. Now, Allu Arjun, the Stylish Star of the Telugu film industry, started off 2019 with a bang by announcing his next big project with Trivikram Srinivas.

Indraganti Mohan Krishna and Nani:
Indraganti Mohan Krishna is known for his breezy entertainers and memorable movies. Nani, the Natural Star of the Telugu film industry, is known for his amazing timing and sense of humour. Their combination, unique and light on the heart, is one of the best and stands out due to Indraganti’s storyline and its execution by Nani. Their first project together, Ashta Chamma,was a huge hit. A small confusion leading to big problems, Ashta Chamma was an entertainer right from the beginning to the end. Then came Gentleman, a movie known for its fantastic storyline. What happens when a millionaire is replaced with a common man and what the repercussions are is the essence of this story. Now, Mohan Krishna and Nani are going to work together again and this time, it is going to be bigger, better and bolder. We are curious to find out what Mohan Krishna has up his sleeve this time.
Some of the most noted stars of the Telugu film industry and directors are going to come together to weave some fantastic stories again this season. The big question is, are the stories going to be at par with the previous ones or be bigger and better, making the audience’s wait worthwhile? This is something only time will tell.
