The actor is on an intermittent fasting diet, which requires him to fast for 12 hours and eat frequently during the remaining 12 hours. The food which he consumes is healthy, low in carbohydrates and high in proteins and nuts. A lot of greens are also packed into this diet to ensure the proper pH balance of the body is maintained along with the regulation of the Potassium and Sodium levels of the body.

All in all, the diet definitely looks impressive and so does Ram in Vinaya Vidheya Rama.
