The women of Tollywood are known for their glamour and their beauty. They are graceful, poised and beautiful at any given point of time. She opens up in an interview saying that she takes her body very seriously and she workout helps in bringing harmony and complete sync of Body, mind and soul. Lakshmi also says that she is a foodie and cannot resist good food. For her to keep herself in shape and eat whatever she wants, she works out at least 5 times a day dedicating a good solid hour while she is at it.

Rakul Preet:

Rakul Preet Singh, the sharp nose and doe eyed beauty swears by Fitness, food and films. She says these form her world and she does not know anything else. Rakul Preet has taken up a franchise of her own fitness studio known as F45. This fitness gym focusses mainly on functional training and helps in retaining the original shape and formation of the muscle. She says she is addicted to fitness and functional training is something she is passionate and serious about. Rakut also adds that instead of investing hours together in the gym, a functional training gym takes only 45mins of your time and is super quick in displaying the results.

Regina Cassandra :

Regina Cassandra, the most popular leading lady of South India is one of those who controls her diet and her cravings. Apparently she focuses on her health and body fitness more than anything else. She was once caught with Dumb bells and exercise equipment in her caravan by a famous director. She then revealed that she cannot afford to miss a day’s exercise routine at any cost.

Kajal Aggarwal:

Kajal Aggarwal, the most beautiful lady of Tollywood reveals that her diet is not excessive starving, but incorporating fruits and veggies in her diet. Apparently, the gorgeous lady loves fish and chicken but turned vegetarian for health reasons. She also follows a rigourous exercise routine with Yoga thrice a week and weight training thrice a week.
