Clashes occur between the both after an incident and at the same time, Indhu (Payal Rajput), the daughter of Viswanadham comes to Athreyapuram from Bangalore. She falls in love with Shiva, and she promises Shiva to compel Viswanadham. But there comes a big twist in the tale. What happens next? Did Indhu convince her father? Did they get both unite? All these form the intriguing story.
The biggest asset for the film is Karthikeya’s intense performance. He has done justice to his dual shaded role. Karthikeya promises to reach great heights in the industry.
Payal Rajput is quite impressive with her glamour as well as performance. Especially her performance and expressions in the second half is brilliant.
Rao Ramesh and Ramki have done a great job with their intense performances. The second half exhibits their roles very well.
The friends’ gang have brought laughs while rest of the cast have performed well enough in their roles.
– Cinematographer Ram deserves complete credit for showcasing every shade of the film perfectly. The mood of the film has been carried very well throughout. Songs have been shot beautifully.
Music director Chaitan Bharadwaj has done a great job. Pilla Raa songs stand out in the album. Background music has been the backbone for the film.
Dialogues are dashing and hard hitting.
Editing is good but could have been a bit better.
– Hero Karthikeya stunning performance
– Heroine Payal Rajput glamour and performance
– Performances of Rao Ramesh and Ramki.
– Music and songs.
– Second half
– Dialogues and screenplay
– Emotional content
– Slow narration in the first half
RX 100 is a gutsy take on the reality that happens in our society. The director has taken true life story of his friend and showcased it in a realistic manner. Many could relate the story to themselves. The chemistry between the Karthikeya and Payal woos the mass audience. Performances of the lead pair and the supporting cast stand as the pillars of the film, while the cinematography excels. Technically the movie has come out very well. With a slow narrated and built first half and a good interval, the movie picks up the pace in the second half. The pre-climax and the climax are too emotional, haunting the audience for a while.
As the director and the hero said earlier, the movie is strong and hard hitting. The director has chosen something not everyone had shown. Though the second half goes on a serious note, the first half provides enough entertainment. The chemistry between the lead pair has come out very well, as well as the intense emotional scenes. Though the movie has been compared to Arjun Reddy in terms of the striking content, RX 100 is quite different from Arjun Reddy. On a whole, RX 100 is a movie with deep emotional content and performances. The movie could do very well at the box-office, considering it’s theatrical rights of 2 crores.
