There were reports that Bollywood star, Ranveer Singh will be playing the titular role in Arjun Reddy Hindi version. The director, Sandeep Vanga has approached Ranveer with the script. But due to some unknown reasons, Ranveer could not get on board for the venture.
Post Padmaavat success, Ranveer has commented on a film he had refused. He said, since he is a method actor, to play the role of an alchoholic was something he did not want to take up, because in real life also Ranveer doesn’t drink even occasionally.
Well, wondering if this is Arjun Reddy remake only he is talking about. Don’t know!
