Ace Producer Dil Raju had one of the best years of his career. In 2017, he had 6 big films which became super hits and he could not have been happier. He started the year with Sharwanand’s Shatamanam Bhavati in the month of January. Despite competing with films like Gautamiputra Satakarni and Khaidi No.150. Shatamanam Bhavati was declared a blockbuster.
Dil Raju’s next film was Nani starrer Nenu Local which released in February and broke records at the box office. He then released his 25th production, Duvvada Jagannadam (DJ) with Allu Arjun under the direction of Harish Shankar. This film also became a blockbuster hit in both the Telugu speaking states as well in the US.
The producer’s 4th film was Fidaa featuring Varun Tej and Sai Pallavi which created a new sensation in the Telugu film industry. This film became a universal blockbuster. After this, Dil Raju delivered Raja The Great featuring Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja. This film was a super hit and proved to be the perfect comeback for the actor, both from the audience and the box office.
Dil Raju’s last movie for the year was yet another film with Nani, Middle Class Abbayi. It has been 6 days since the film released and it is creating a new sensation across the globe. This is one of the best movies in Nani’s career.
To celebrate the success of his recent movie MCA, Dil Raju conducted a grand bash. At this event, the producer took the opportunity to thank all the people who stood by his side in his hard times. He became very emotional and said the reason he is where he is today is only thanks to his directors and actors. Dil Raju faced a personal loss when his wife passed away while filming for Fidaa. However, he was able to cope with all that because of the few amazing people he has in his life. Dil Raju concluded his speech by saying he is very glad to having launched few of the greatest directors from his banner.
