Kangana Ranaut has been working round the clock for her upcoming biopic, Manikarnika. The story is based on Rani Laxmi Bai of Jhansi. This film is directed by Gautamiputra Satakarni director, Krish.
Manikarnika was shot in locations like Hyderabad and Rajasthan. Recently, the crew was shooting at Mehrangarh Fort, Jodhpur. On Tuesday night, while performing a stunt on the sets in the fort, Kangana sprained her right foot and was rushed to the hospital.
The doctors said, “Kangana had a sprain in her right foot but there was no fracture. We applied a plaster cast and she was advised a week’s rest.” It all happened when Kangana had to jump from a wall to the top of a horse and while attempting this stunt she accidently fell to the ground.
Kangana will be seen doing many action sequences and sword fighting in Manikarnika. Previously, the actress was injured during the shoot in Hyderabad as well, when she was struck by a prop sword.
Take care Kangana.
